Board of Directors

Emma Reeve has more than 25 years of global financial leadership and board experience across pharmaceutical, medical device and biopharma companies. Ms. Reeve served as Chief Financial Officer of Constellation Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a development-stage oncology company, where she led an initial public offering in 2018 and oversaw the company’s acquisition by MorphoSys AG for $1.7 billion in 2021. Prior to Constellation, she acted as interim Chief Financial Officer of Parexel International, a global biopharmaceutical services company, where she was responsible for all aspects of finance and investor relations and helped lead a $5 billion take private transaction by Pamplona Capital Management. Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Financial Officer of both Inotek Pharmaceuticals and Aton Pharma and held senior finance roles in major pharmaceutical companies, including Novartis, Merck and Bristol Myers Squibb.

In addition to Cardurion, Ms. Reeve currently serves as a member of the board of directors at PTC Therapeutics, Myrobalan Therapeutics, Whitehawk Therapeutics and ReAlta Life Sciences. She is also served as a member of the board of Trustees of Tufts Medical Center from 2017 to 2024. She holds a BSc in computer science from Imperial College, University of London, and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
