Jonathan L. Kravetz, J.D. is Chair of the Securities & Capital Markets Practice Group and Co-Chair of the Life Sciences Practice Group at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo. He represents clients in both publicly and privately placed equity and debt financings under the Securities Act of 1933, advising companies in numerous contractual and strategic matters. Kravetz also advises companies, both public and private, in merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital financings and executive compensation issues. Kravetz also has an active international practice, representing European companies in merger and acquisition, financing and other transactions with U.S. and non-U.S. companies. He received the Best Lawyers in America award for Boston Biotechnology Law Lawyer of the Year in 2014. He graduated from Stanford University Law School and received a B.A. from Williams College.
