Kiersten DiChiaro leads Human Resources for Cardurion since joining in December 2022. In her role, Kiersten partners with the business teams to drive HR best practices and initiatives, as well as providing HR advisory services with regards to all HR aspects including leadership, coaching, engagement, culture, organizational design and change, performance management and learning and development.

Kiersten has over 25 years of experience as a strategic human resources professional with 20 in life sciences. Her focus has been on creating and flawlessly executing business strategies through innovative approaches allowing businesses to leverage their strengths to meet and exceed business goals. Prior to Cardurion, Kiersten held senior HR roles at Flagship Pioneering, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson. She has a B.S. in Management from Bryant University and a MBA in Management and Organizational Behavior from California Lutheran University.
